We reply to every inquiry within 2 hours.
Start from the closest viewing distance. A common rule of thumb is about 1 m of viewing distance per 1 mm of pitch — so a boardroom viewed from 2 m suits P1.2–P1.9, while a stadium screen viewed from 30 m+ works well at P6–P10. Share your space and content and we will recommend the most cost-effective pitch.
SMD mounts individually packaged LEDs on the board; COB (chip-on-board) bonds the bare chips directly and seals them under one protective layer. COB gives deeper blacks, higher contrast and a surface that resists knocks, moisture and dust — ideal for fine pitch and touch-close viewing. SMD remains a flexible, economical choice for larger pitches.
Outdoor displays need far higher brightness to stay readable in sunlight, plus weatherproof cabinets (typically IP65 front and rear) and wider operating temperatures. Indoor displays prioritise finer pitch, lower brightness and quiet, slim cabinets for close viewing.
Our product lines carry CE (LVD & EMC), FCC, RoHS and CCC certification, and our manufacturing runs under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. You can open the original certificates in the credentials section above.
Yes. Beyond standard cabinets we engineer curved, spherical, ribbon and fully bespoke structures. Send us the dimensions, site photos or drawings and our engineers will propose a layout, structure and control solution.
Lead time depends on model, quantity and customisation. Every quotation includes a confirmed production schedule, and we ship worldwide by sea, air or express with full export documentation.
Every project ships with installation drawings and wiring diagrams. Our engineers provide remote guidance throughout installation and commissioning, and on-site support can be arranged for larger projects.
Each project comes with a written warranty, spare modules and power supplies, and remote technical support. Front-access maintenance means most modules can be replaced in minutes without removing the screen. Exact terms are confirmed in your quotation.
