AI Shopping Assistant

When you connect the HoledScreen AI Shopping Assistant through a supported third-party AI app, product and inquiry tools may send parameters needed to answer your request — for example search keywords, quantities, destination country, specifications, and contact details you choose to provide for an inquiry.

• What we use it for: responding to product queries, preparing and processing inquiries, providing quotations, account security, and troubleshooting connections.
• Data flow: Your AI app sends tool requests to our systems; we return product or inquiry results for display in your conversation. We do not automatically receive your full chat history from the AI platform.
• Recipients: Our sales team and service providers that host, authenticate, email, or operate this website (for example cloud hosting). The AI platform processes data under its own terms.
• Retention: Inquiry and business records are kept as long as needed to respond, fulfill contracts, and meet legal obligations. Disconnecting an assistant in your AI app does not by itself delete prior inquiries already submitted.
• Your choices: You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing aria@holedscreen.com. See also Support.
