Terms of Use

Agreement

By using HoledScreen (HLD Opto Technology) websites and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

We provide product information, quotations, and sales of LED display solutions. Availability of features — including the HoledScreen AI Shopping Assistant — may change and depends on this site and third-party AI platforms.

AI Shopping Assistant

• The assistant helps with product exploration and inquiry preparation for HoledScreen only. It is not a separate app and does not search other suppliers.
• Information returned through the assistant may be incomplete or require sales confirmation. Final specifications, pricing, lead times, freight, and availability are confirmed only in written quotations or orders agreed by both parties.
• Submitting an inquiry is not an order, payment, or binding purchase commitment.
• You must provide accurate contact information and only submit content you are authorized to share.
• You may disconnect the assistant in your AI app at any time. Prior business records remain subject to our Privacy Policy.

Orders and payment

We may refuse or limit orders. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information. Separate commercial terms apply to confirmed orders and export sales.

Intellectual property

Site content, trademarks (including InkScape™), images, and materials are owned by HLD Opto Technology or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in violation of our robots rules, or use the assistant to harass, spam, or submit false inquiries.

Disclaimer

Materials and tool outputs are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
