COB seals the LED chips under a solid, IP65-rated layer, so there are no exposed lamp beads to knock off — the #1 cause of dead pixels when cleaning SMD screens.

• Power off, then wipe gently with a dry microfiber cloth; lightly dampen it with screen cleaner for fingerprints.
• Never spray liquid onto the screen; avoid alcohol-based or abrasive cleaners.
• Every order ships with a printed COB cleaning guide, plus a video walkthrough for your staff.

For most indoor projects, no. The COB surface is anti-scratch, impact-resistant and IP65-rated at the front against dust and water.
