Discuss an engineering brief
Application & system planning

Define the viewing distance, screen dimensions, pixel pitch, brightness, refresh rate and protection requirements. Plan structure, heat management and installation for your site.

Circuit & PCB development

Schematics and PCB layout for driver, adapter, power and control boards. Develop the electrical architecture around the module, cabinet and system requirements.

Drive architecture & IC selection

Compare constant-current and high-refresh driver ICs, common-anode or common-cathode designs, scan modes such as 1/16, 1/32 and 1/64, and row-driver solutions. Balance driver, row and decoder ICs and receiving/sending cards against performance, cost and supply availability.

Power & electrical protection

Select customer-nominated or suitable power supplies, including Mean Well or Chuanglian options. Calculate power headroom, redundancy, efficiency and thermal requirements; plan AC/DC distribution and surge protection for the application.

LED selection & supply planning

Evaluate nominated or suitable LEDs, including Nationstar, Kinglight and Dongshan options. Specify brightness, wavelength bins, color gamut and viewing angles. Select appropriate SMD, COB or MIP technology and GOB protection where applicable. Establish a BOM and qualified alternatives. Brand availability is confirmed per project.

Structure, tooling & prototypes

Module and cabinet design, tooling and nonstandard development for curved, creative and transparent screens. Validate prototypes through the agreed temperature, aging, vibration and EMC pre-test program.

Software & system integration

Plan multi-screen operation, remote content publishing and centralized management. Interface branding, functions and API/protocol integration depend on the selected control platform and agreed development scope.

Brand, compliance & production

Develop appearance, materials, colors, model naming and product documentation. Support CE, FCC, RoHS or CCC requirements with technical files and applicable testing. Freeze the approved design and process for production, with spares, warranty terms and support agreed in the contract.

04 / Product platforms

A proven starting point. Made yours.

05 / Working together

From brief to first light. And beyond.

Eight clear milestones. Open a step to see the work involved and what you receive.

  1. 01Requirements

Start with your space. Discuss the application, dimensions, viewing distance, budget, destination and target date. We help define the brief even if you do not have drawings.

    Project brief & feasibility review
  2. 02Proposal & quotation

Turn the brief into a plan. Review the screen layout, specifications, component options, mounting approach and system integration. Compare the proposed scope, price and delivery plan.

    Configuration, drawings & quotation
  3. 03Prototype & approval

Confirm before scaling. Where required, produce a sample or prototype. Review performance, finish and branding, then approve the sample and BOM as the production reference.

    Approved sample & specifications
  4. 04Contract confirmation

Agree every milestone. Confirm the final scope, payment terms, lead time, inspection criteria, documentation, warranty and delivery responsibilities before scheduling production.

    Contract & production schedule
  5. 05Manufacturing

Follow your screen taking shape. Prepare materials and build modules and cabinets using the appropriate SMD, COB or other agreed process. Include component checks, PCB assembly, protection treatments where required, and system assembly.

    Production photos & milestone updates
  6. 06Aging & inspection

09 / Let’s build your next display

A clear next step.
A team to talk to.

Do I need a finished drawing or BOM?

No. For OEM, an existing specification, BOM or approved sample is a useful starting point. For ODM, tell us the application, approximate dimensions and target requirements; we can help define the brief.

Can I nominate LEDs, ICs, power supplies or controls?

Yes. We review nominated components for compatibility, supply and performance. The agreed configuration becomes the production reference; proposed substitutions are discussed before approval.

What are the minimum quantity and sample options?

Sampling, tooling and production quantities depend on the platform and development scope. Share your expected volume so we can propose an appropriate route and quotation.

How long will development and manufacturing take?

Timing depends on design work, sample approvals, component availability and order volume. Milestones and the delivery schedule are confirmed in the proposal and contract.

Can you support certification for my market?

We can discuss applicable documentation and testing support. Existing certificates apply to their listed models and scope; a changed configuration may require additional assessment.

What happens after delivery?

Installation, control setup and troubleshooting support are coordinated with your HLD contact. Warranty terms, spare parts and service responsibilities are agreed for the project.
